Katerina May Erhard is the founder and Associate Broker of May Team Homes at RE/MAX Leading Edge, a full-time and full service real estate team located in Gambrills, Maryland. She is also the Broker/Owner of Oikos Management, LLC a full-time property management company located in Crofton, Maryland. Katerina is a 2005 graduate of University of Maryland (Go Terps!) where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and General Business. 

After graduation, Katerina pursued her real estate license to carry on the family business with her mother, Eva May, a 30 year experienced Realtor. In August 2005, Katerina launched her real estate career where she began her specialization in first time buyers and marketing. That eventually led to a 10 year partnership with her mother among the country's largest real estate brokerages with positions as Marketing Specialist, Lead Buyers Agent, Listing Consultant, Transaction Coordinator, and Property Manager. Katerina is a 2012 Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Soon afterward, her expanding expertise and education in real estate services allowed Katerina to acquire her Brokers license in 2013 and achieve Hall of Fame status. Katerina's career achievements reflect her dedication and professionalism in her field. She is passionate about real estate and providing the highest level of service to all her clients. 

Katerina is a Maryland native who currently resides in Crofton with her husband, two kids and two dogs. Family is the utmost importance to Katerina. She loves spending time with her husband and two kids whether it's staying home watching a movie or going to the park with their dogs. An athlete by nature, Katerina grew up playing softball and basketball. She enjoys running/exercising and hiking. Katerina is a University of Maryland Basketball season ticket holder and loves going to the home games to cheer on her fellow Terps with her family and friends. In her spare time, Katerina also enjoys cooking, wine tasting, arts/crafts, and traveling. Katerina is of Greek descent. She and her family travel frequently to Greece to visit with family and immerse themselves in the Greek culture and food (Opa!).
